My google-fu has failed me today, but a few years back I remember watching a university lecturer who got all his students involved in a massive undertaking with thousands upon thousands of rolls to test the differences between D6 that have pips embossed compared to numbers, and those that just have them printed on. I wish i could find it as it was a great little watch.
